We got to go to Woodlands Pure Vegetarian Indian Restaurant in Charlotte this past weekend. The buffet & masala dosas can't be beat.

- We don't eat meat, and in certain company that freaks people out...or makes them curious. Even after 20 years of eating this way, we still get the occasional question: "What do you guys eat?!" The Veganic Verses is our answer. We started in while living in the South, where being veg can be challenging. This is a mere sampling of the scrumptious bounty we enjoy, and could also serve as a resource for anyone interested in trying vegan cuisine themselves.
