- We don't eat meat, and in certain company that freaks people out...or makes them curious. Even after 20 years of eating this way, we still get the occasional question: "What do you guys eat?!" The Veganic Verses is our answer. We started in while living in the South, where being veg can be challenging. This is a mere sampling of the scrumptious bounty we enjoy, and could also serve as a resource for anyone interested in trying vegan cuisine themselves.

Beeeet-iful photo! My sister-in-law has gone "raw" and recently posted about her green juice. (Is someone trying to tell me something?) I juuust might dust off my Champion and give it another go! Thanks for the recipe and inspiration...
